A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I started weight training at 12 years old. I am a 5th degree Black Belt in Karakido Karate. I have trained multiple MMA fighters and have cornered two Bellator fights. I have competed many times and trained thousands. While body building is my passion, I have knowledge of many training styles and have applied them to male, female, teens, and the advanced aged. I am an IAFS Certified Personal Trainer but feel my 40+ years of training myself and others is the real key to my success. I like to say "we are what we eat" and nothing is more true. Nutrition is key to any program. A car wont run on bad gas and we wont grow and recover without the proper diet. I am confident in my abilities and feel my biggest strength is building custom exercise and nutritional programs that match each person!
