Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. What I do is simple. It may not always be easy for some, but it is simple and that is why I am here. From bodybuilding, maintenance, nutrition and flexibility, I will exceed your needs! One on one personal training at our gym, in your home, or online. Your decide!

I teach cardio kickboxing, martial arts based group classes, as well as traditional multi station fitness classes. I mix it up to keep it fun as well as keeping our body and systems shocked and energized! We all wait for Covid-19 to be over so we can start these great classes again. Keep the faith.

At 46 I have been lifting 30 yrs and been part of the Biltfit family for 10. Danny is a mentor and friend and has always given me detailed workout and diet advice. In April of 2020 he came to me and said I had the potential to compete and do very well in a Men's Physique show. At first I laughed. But Danny had faith in me, encouraged me and I agreed to do it. Under his guidance I won three medals. A first, second and third. Not bad for my first show and ended up being one of the best times I've had.
